HHI indexes (global and EU)

Definition: In the formula to calculate the Supply Risk, HHI (Herfindahl Hirschman Index) is used as a proxy for country concentration. HHI is then combined with WGI, which is is the scaled World Governance Index used as a proxy for country governance. HHI of raw materials supply can be analysed in terms of global supply as well as in terms of supply to the EU.
